For all the evil spirits and witches are now near,
You can run but you cannot hode, my dear.
Have a spooky Halloween!
Time for trick-or-treat is just one moon 🌕 away (31th October 2019, 4pm-7pm)!
If you are interested in giving away treats 🍬🍬, dressing-up your house 🕷️🕸️, or playing games, please register at trickortreatme.com. This way we can have a community maps on those who are participating and where for the kids (and adults) to go treating!
We also have a competition for the best house 🕯️ or interaction 🦇 with a $50 gift voucher from iBroken Technology store in Cockburn. They do screen repairs, screen protectors, and cases for all models of phones. So, make sure you take some snaps of your decorations and costumes and share it on our the Calleya Facebook page and tag @treebyca to be eligible!!
Thank you to all the TCA members new & old who attended our TCA Annual General Meeting 2019. Without its members, TCA would not be what it is today!
We thank especially all the past TCA members who have served in the TCA committee as well as those that have raised their hand to take on a position on our executive committee next year. These members have volunteered their time to support and lead to create a better community for all living in Treeby.
A big thank you to Lee-Anne Smith, Kathy Pritchard, and Steve Greenwood for being there supporting Treeby Community Association.
There are two positions up for grabs if there are any members who are interested in joining us to make this community better! These roles are not difficult and we are all here to support each other. So if you are interested, let one of our committees know or drop us a message using the contact method below. #bettertogether
A huge thank you to all of you for your support and assistance on Treeby Community Olympic day. It was a fantastic turnout and we couldn't have asked for better weather!
All the participants showed fantastic sportsmanship and we are happy that everyone had fun!
TCA would like to thank Kathy Pritchard, who is a teacher and a running candidate for East Ward Cockburn, for organising this fun event promoting healthy and family fun. She managed to secure a grant for all the games, equipment, and prizes. After the event, we were happy to hear that there are more events to come for our fellow Treebians!
Also a huge thanks to Lee-Anne Smith for taking time out to make some recycled ribbons for the participants! We are truly grateful for the support!
Of course, we would like to thank all the volunteers for taking their precious time to help set up the games, teach & supervise at each station and clean up after the event. We couldn't have done it without you! Looking at all the smiling faces and laughter mean that this event was well organised and was a success.
Lastly, to those who came and join the fun. We do wish that you and your family had a blast. Please share the word around and watch out for our next event! We would love to see more Treebians come together in these community events. Please feel free to give us any feedback to help us improve for our next events.
Below are some pictures from Sunday for you all to enjoy! 🙂
